Why its showing error / warning of “your account cannot make live changes” ?

Under below condition, you might face error/warning:

1. If you stripe account not activated.
2. Stripe sometimes freezes or deactivates account under certain conditions.

On above conditions, when you charge card, you may see an error of “ This connected account cannot currently make live charges. If you are a customer trying to make a purchase, please contact the owner of this site. Your transaction has not been processed.”
